My name is Hayden Hinds-Sydenham, I started competitive swimming at the age of 9, only to false start in my first race. Attended my first Australian Age Championships at the age of 11, and my first Australian Open Championships at the age of 14

I have since gone on to represent my school and swim club in district, metropolitan, state, national and international levels.
